How Do Users Log In?

EMS offers a variety of authentication methods across its product offering. Since some of our solutions are web-based while others are Client-Server, options vary depending on the product.

Supported Authentication Types

EMS products support different types of authentication. In addition to local machine authentication, EMS offers two optional features:

  • EMS Integrated Authentication – provides single-sign-on capability using Integrated Windows Authentication, your organization’s portal, or LDAP.
  • EMS Integration to Exchange – your organization can leverage your existing Microsoft Exchange authentication policies.
